Here at Glow Path Pavers, our clients’ satisfaction is extremely important even when it comes to returns & replacements. In the unlikely event that a customer chooses to return any of our product, it needs to be returned WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DATE OF RECEIPT. Any purchase that is returned over 30 days will not be accepted.

Product returns will only be accepted if accompanied by a prior issued RMA# (Return Materials Authorization). Any product that is returned in an unsaleable condition will be discarded and no refund for that returned product will be issued. The product that is accepted by our staff as saleable will be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee. For any claims please call 833-456-7284 to start the process. You’ll need to quote your order number so have that available at the time of your call.
